Update and Thank you

WOW Liz.. having that little baby and still posting a prayer for us.  YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

So Austin got in and had his giggle juice.. of which we recorded many funny moments.  I held it together till they took him back then I had a small melt down.  Thank goodness for all my friends and family who supported me and texted me and replied on FB.  It made the time go by so quickly.  His surgery took about 45 minutes.  They put in the tubes, removed the adenoids and tonsils.  We got to go back and see him before he woke up and when he did wake up he only was a little grumpy.  He whimpered a bit and pouted but no large amounts of crying.. Which helped mommy.  :-)  Then after a couple hours they released him.  We are home and proped up ready for our first dose of meds and then a nap.

Thank you all for your prayers and support.  Could not have done it without you.

Glad everything turned out ok.  I had the same surgeries when I was about 3 or 4.  I remember being in the hospital, but not much else.  It will be the same for him.  He won't remember a thing and you were a strong mommy!
