Sticking to the basics.. Monday

Since Liz is busy doing something silly like enjoying her new baby and eating hospital food, I'll post.  I need to stay accountable so I can remain the focus of Todd's FB status!!!

I did slip a tiny bit when I woke up this morning, but right back on track.. not going to count it as a slip I will include it in my tracking for the day.

preB: 2 sf chocolate chip cookies
B: protein bar
S: 1 hard boiled egg
L: tandoori chicken and strawberry salad leftover from Karen's
S: string cheese
D: catfish and butternut squash
S: protein bar

I made a big pitcher of SF kool aid and I have every intention of drinking the entire thing today

I have no idea what is on my plate today. But..........my monday weigh in was NOT good. I need to re-focus! I was doing great and let the stress of finals and other things steer me away!

Lisa, have you ever made the Spinich Chicken bake the same way but with broccoli? I have all the ingredients on hand but the spinnich......was thinking of trying it with broccoli instead. So that is my adventure for dinner.

I need some easy, quick ideas for some meals, so I am going to be searching my recipe box again, and checking out this thread. I need to be better!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I am going to make it tonight. I know it will taste great, just may need to adjust a few ingredients based on consistency. I will test it out tonight and let you know how it works. I wanted to make the spinich, but forgot to pick it up at store, and am not going just for one thing.
