***Manic Monday Roll Call***
Hey Nicole - I just wanted to share in your annoyance of the no-shows. I think that not showing up is one of the most rude things to do to any professional. There may have been some other patient *****ally could have used that time. Not to mention cutting into your bottom line as a business person. Ugghh....people

Good morning Trish and all of PA - What a WONDERFUL day yesterday for this crew......I am so HAPPY for Liz and Chris and that beautiful little Amelia! I can NOT wait to get my hands on her...SOOOOO jealous of Lisa! :)
I am up - having already talked with a good friend this morning, feeling like it might be one of the UP days - but with my mood swings - one NEVER knows! OY! Yesterday turned into a pretty good day - had a FABULOUS conversation with Sandra - thanks again BTW!!!!!! - and made some chili to have over the next few weeks. Larry was home last night and we just vegged out a litte in front of the TV and actually TALKED to each other. what a concept! :)
Today is back to school, tutoring and I am thinking about getting myself to the pool. Just a thought. Let's hope that I follow through - there are NO reasons for me NOT to go! And I do miss the smell of chlorine! :)

Morning.. Trish, I hope your back gets better. Back pain is awful. That, combined with limited choices of meds must be difficult to deal with.
Today I am working until 3:30.
After work, I am going to make a nice, healthy dinner. Tonight is Siehara's 5K and I want her to be well fed and energized for it!!!!
5K tonight at 6:30 at Lehigh Parkway in Allentown if anyone is local and wants to come cheer her on with me.
After that, home to play on facebook for awhile and then off to bed.

This is her 4th 5K and other than a minor setback with her cat allergies last time, she has done better in every run. I'm so proud that she finishes, I don't care how long it takes her.
I just hope the rain holds off, but one of the runs was on the most bizarre weather day.. there was sun, rain, snow and sleet squalls.. that was Siehara's best time!!
Maybe we should hope for rain, so she'll run faster to get in out of it.. LOL !

Off to wor****il 5,some walking,relaxing and bed,,,,,,,,So glad to hear of the new baby girl born healthy and beautiful.....placed an order last evening on netriition.com....based on suggestions from my new buddies from cooking class.......Lisa, the chardonnay craving went away and I managed just fine with my own beverages at the bridal shower and the 50th b'day party! It was a bit entertaining watching it take effect on my various friends as the evening progressed!!!!
Looking on to Memorial Day weekend at LBI!!! Til Tom. Pam

With an "interesting" weekend behind me, I am hoping for a great week in my future. Today starts one of my summer classes. The other one begine in 2 weeks. So I will be doing school today, playing with kiddos, and hopefully working on a few painting projects I have going on.
