alright people.. who's moving to lose today???

Yesterday  morning I did not get up in time to go to the Sunday morning classes that I like, but I DID go to the gym.  I did 45 minutes on the treadmill.. level 3 random hills and then I did 15 mins of abs


Today, while Siehara is out on the 5K course,  I am going to get out on the course and do some walk/jogging of my own.  I will probably head out in the opposite direction they are and then turn around when I meet up with her so I can run near her.

I'm in for an hour on the elliptical this morning. I stayed up to watch LOST last night, and I'm soooo tired!

Good Morning Lisa,
I did my hour on the Elliptical and will be watching what I put in my mouth. Somebody at my temple just asked me if I was pregnant again. OMG I was mortified was it the dress I was wearing or am I getting chunky again:(

Norm,
I agree that I need to stop listening to what other people tell me but I can't help it. I think it's all those sub-committees talking to me and a lot has to do with the fact that my body seems to be happy at my current weight as I have been gaining and losing the same 5lbs over and over again since last December. Thanks again for your advice.

1 hour of cardio 45 -1 hour on weights  love the sweat fest

Did my hour on the treadmill this morning.  I've started changing the incline on it from time to time, so I can vary my workout.
