Support through Scrapbooking.

Hello all:

I've spoken to a few of you about putting together a monthly scrapbooking day which would include your fellow board members.  I would like it to be the same Saturday or Sunday each month and I am willing to host at my house.  I am also willing to have it rotate as others may be wanting to host.

So I think I'd like to plan for the Last Saturday or Sunday of the month and from like noon to 4.  And to give some notice and time for people to mark their calendars how about we start in June.

So lets first see who is better with Saturday's Vs. Sundays.  (myself I prefer the Sunday but am open).

YAY!!!!!  Count me in - however, end of June does not work for me as I will be at the mountains for the last two weekends.  Typically Either of the weekend days is crazy for me - but while Sunday school is now over, Sunday's are fine - Starting in September however, I wor****il noon every Sunday.  Let me know what days you are planning in June.....Can't wait!!! !:)

  I did scrapbooking in the past for gifts and have some stuff that I no longer use..If I got it together would you be interested in it? I have rubber stamos and paper plus I think a empty book or two.
Let me know even if you would like to share with the group.

I'm so jealous ... you guys at the other end of the state are always doing neat stuff!   I'd love to join you if only it weren't so far.  Maybe I can attend virtually and we can share ideas?

I would love to join in to a scrabooking day  (I think we even talked about that. during one of our walks...  ) I don't think I would be able to do every month though..  let me know what dates you are thinking about - I need to travel again mid month to Salt Lake City...

I never have, and don't know what it involves, could someone enlighten me?

Nan:  all you need is pictures, paper and someplace to put things.  You could come and see what its all about and see if you like it.

Basically you take your pictures and you might put them on backgrounds or cut portions of them or journal about them etc.  I use die cuts (think cut out pictures) and letters and all kinds of stuff.  I don't claim to be very good at it.. but I love it.
