Sticking the Basics Weekend edition - Saturday

Ok since I'm going to be out and about today I'm not going to write down a plan because I don't have an exact plan... HOWEVER.. I vow to be responsible for my choices today.

M1  egg and sausage scramble
m2  protein drink
M3  Unknown but something small and protein filled
m4  unknown but something fruit like or yogurt like
m5  DOUBLE TRIPLE FAT FILLED CHEESEBURGER WITH CHILI CHEESE FRIES... Just kidding.  LOL  see if anyone catches that...

I don't have much of a food plan on weekends but here is what it might be lol

B: scrambled egg with cheese and a slice of toast
S: cheddar cheese and a few grapes
L: Hope to be at Karen's
D: Chris wants pizza... I'll have a few bites and some salad
S: chocolate pudding

I have ZERO appetite the last few days so every bite is a struggle. I am still getting in all my fluids and I think today I'll try a protein shake too at some point

and since you will most likely be going to Karens.. try Maura's turkey sliders.

OK.. I'm going to post but it's going to be hard today

before breakfast, my lovely child brought me a cup of coffee just the way I like it.. right before she asked if she could go on the computer.  It was a classic setup and Pam witnessed the magic.. LOL

B: protein coffee
S,L,S--Karen's house.. will try really hard to take small samplings of whatever is around
D: chili
S: protein bar or shake depending on if I go out or stay in

Yesterday I did really well except for one teeny thing which may be okay, but I'm not sure - I'm a little over 3 weeks out and tolerating all foods pretty well. I knew I was not going to be able to eat "dinner" because of a big family birthday party and didn't want to be making shakes or something weird in front of everyone - so.....on the way home from work at 5:30 I stopped at McDonalds and got a grilled chicken snack wrap without any sauce. I was a little concerned about the wrap, but it didn't give me any trouble at all - it was basically grilled chicken, lettuce, cheese and the wrap - I figured the protein source was good and without the sauce I wasn't risking sugar or fat. I had gone on the website beforehand to check protein g - there was a large carb count I guess from the wrap part, but I chewed everything like 40 times. Any comments? I don't plan to do this often, but I'm glad I didn't have a problem and best of all I wasn't hungry the rest of the night.
