GM, all!!!

I wasn't expecting rain this morning, so I was a little surprised to see how dark it was when I got up.  A *****illy too.

I thought of Liz first thing this morning and was happy to learn that this may be the day she and Chris meet their baby.  This was my dad's birthday, so I think it's a perfect day for a new baby to arrive.

Not sure what's in store for today.  Paul wants to leave for the beach, but that doesn't make sense to me.  He has to be in Dover tomorrow for his son's golf tournament, then back to Newark DE on Wed because he has his son Wed, Thurs, and Fri.  Silly to drive to the beach to have to drive back up twice.  I'd rather wait till Friday to go.  Then I can get some things done, like take care of some bills, get my blood work done for my 1 year followup with Dr P, hopefully schedule my surgery.  This seems like a good nap day, too!

Enjoy your day!!!

Good Morning All.

I had a rough weekend, that began Thursday night. Which is why I have been MIA from here and FB the last 2 days. All is well now, thank goodness. Just a little stressed and upset I dinner with a friend friday night and Karen's Saturday. Whenever I kinda plan a "me" weekend, something always goes haywire...........

Today, Hoping for low key. I must do laundry and a few chores. But mostly plan to stay home and relax.

It's almost 8, and last I heard from Liz, things were moving right along so my thoughts are with Liz & Chris this morning.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

We missed you yesterday JoJo... and were worried about you, too!  Hopefully you'll make it to the next cooking class (June 12th, my place) and things will go more smoothly for you!

Hugs

Hi all,

Was a good girl yesterday.  I completely forgot about the town wide yard sale down the road.  Didn't spend a sent lol

Ok,  had some conversations with a friend of ours in TX and he seems to think I may qualify for a Level 1 IT position down there.  Soooo, I have to come up with an IT resume!  Who knows.  Not that I want to leave PA but the job my hubby has is ok, but the hours are affecting his health.

Today is church and then, hopefully, some Zumba and/or a bike ride.  Of course, building a resume.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Good Morning,
Yes, it is a sleepy morning.  My dog and I slept in, and he had not done his business in 12 hours.  He did not have an accident either.  We are just lazy bums.

Today it is church, then the gym, then Joann's for some stuff.  Yes, I am an addict to that store.

This afternoon it is sewing and Phillies.  They lost to Boston last night...BOO.

Tonight I will hit my AA meeting.

Hugs ,
Trish

Yes...you got to see me at work..but WHY must you walk in and my patients need me?!  I was NOT happy with that IN the least :(  However, had a great time at breakfast.  It's nice to be able to have a friend available to go out "after work" when most of the world is still either A) asleep or B) going TO work

Home now...figuring out the day.  I MUST go food shopping...and need to figure out if the evil-laws are coming over for dinner.  Sooooo not in the mood for that today - but it's been probably about a month + since I've seen them....so I really don't have a leg to stand on in this case.  However...it's raining....which means it makes for a VERY good possibility they WON'T come up.  I know...sounds strange...but it's true.

If they don't come up...it'll be a quiet night at home.

Hopefully a nap somewhere during the time....not sure actually when though!

Oh - and keeping my cell and computer VERY close to update as I find out about Liz and FAMILY!

Have a GREAT day, despite the weather!

Big birthday party last night with the family for my 4th and youngest daughter who just turned 18! Now she really knows more than me, lol. Anyway - only my kids and mom and dad know about my surgery - I've lost 25 pounds since 4/29 and nobody noticed - but it's okay - I just smile secretly (kind of like wearing an expensive diamond somewhere on your person that only you know about). Didn't even once crave the cake and ice cream - had a great time just TALKING and sipping my Crystal Light.
Today is flower planting after church if it stops raining. Have a wonderful day everyone!

We were up late and slept in :) - Am looking forward to seeing pics of the new addition!

Finishing laundry and packing for my trip to Nashville and a bag for mark to bring with him - I fly in to Baltimore on Thursday and Mark will pick me up for us to head to DC for our wedding anniversary weekend.   This is the longest time that I will be away from home since surgery (having a little angst, but have packed lots of protein.

I doubt I can face that friggin mulch pile again today - I'll get a workout in and then head out at about 4:30.    A no stress day.

Have a great day PA!

Maura
