Huge scale victory and a pic.

 I got on the scale today and it read 299.5 lbs. I am just overwhelmed with the weight loss thus far.
As a refresher, here are my numbers:

Highest recorded 487 lbs.
Weight when I started this journey on 5/12/09 467 lbs.
Surgery weight (12/30/09) 417 lbs
Todays weight 299 lbs.

Total weight loss in 53 weeks 168 lbs.
