Finally Friday Roll Call
Good Morning All,
I saw my surgeon yesterday about my back pain. I have another herniated disc that had not been treated till yesterday. Hopefully, the shot he gave me helps.
Today, I am hanging low, and working on sewing projects till this evening. Then, I have my AA meeting.

Good Morning Nicole & PA friends ~
Today has me at work til 3:00 and then it's home to drag Brad out for a walk and that will be my exercise for today. I've already been to the gym 3 times this week and will go tomorrow morning to make my 4 visits for the week. Brad has been doing well after his heart attack as far as meds and eating go, but it's really been an effort to get him to exercise. It's a beautiful day, so hopefully he will get out there with me.
I'm looking forward to a weekend with NO plans. Last weekend, I was barely home due to several different events and by Sunday night I felt like I barely had any time to myself or to spend with Brad.

Our daughter came in from New York and has been visiting the past two days -- what a pleasant last minute surprise she gave us. It's always great to spend some quality time together. We went to Park City Mall yesterday, and today we're going to a friend's house to see her beautiful pea****s. Tomorrow is my Pouch Party, so I have some last minute things to do in preparation for that...I hope the weather holds out, although they're calling for PM showers.

Good morning from sunny Florida everyone! It's beautiful here and hot. Going to the beach this morning with my sister for a while and then we're going to lunch. Our trip down was very relaxing and good and unevenfful.
Vacation goes too fast as it is so I'm not glad it's Friday!
