Thursday workout?!?!
Feel good that I can post this today...
Went for a walk at the park today while Siehara was at dance. I did a 1.25 miles. I wanted to do more, but my legs are sore from yesterday's work with the trainer.
Came home and did a yoga/pilates workout from FitTV. It helped a bit with my legs and now my abs feel good too!! I actually really love when I can feel the pain in my abs. It tells me I did something worthwhile with them!
Did anyone else move to lose today?
