I am back and Friday Workout!

Okay so I got back from Chicago on Wednesday night. The trip was great and I did well food wise and even managed to work out 3 days out of the 5 days I was there.  I did hit the gym yesterday morning and I did my hour on the Elliptical this morning and some weights. What about you guys?

Welcome back Shilpa.

I had a crappy 2 mile run today and I walked 2 miles. I just had nothing left in the tank after two miles. I'm going to weigh****chers and the food thing is causing havoc on my exercise. I don't have enough food/points prior to working out to sustain a long run. I certainly have to tweak things.

This weekend I have a long bike ride planned and I'm spreading 4 scoops of mulch.

Doesn't weigh****chers give you points back for exercise? You should be able to eat more and still get in the exercise.  Look into it.  I know they used to do that.
