I got this email and I'm all for this
So I got this email from the makers of my Lap-Band it is called the C.H.O.I.C.E. (Choosing Health over Obesity Inspiring Change through Empowerment) you can find it on facebook as well I know that most of you on here had RNY but I think this is something that we can all get into I'm all for this! This was the kick I need to get out of the funk with my knee
