I'm probably going to just be a slackass today, unless I walk tonight. (We'll be driving back from Lancaster this afternoon, and I have an appointment at 4:00. Will try to walk after that.)
no slacking for me today.. just got back from working with the trainer.. he did squat stuff and arm stuff and my legs feel like jelly; did about 15 mins on the recumb bike as a warm up
I am finally ALMOST all over this cold and flu and cough thing...so its back to karate class tonight. Just walking up the 3 flights of stairs at work in the morning had me hacking up a lung...so exercise was on hold for a while.
