I have found a new lunch meat that is really awesome. It is "John F. Martin Buffalo Turkey" . If you like a little spice and kick in your luncheon meat, this stuff is for you.

The numbers per serving ( 2 oz.)

60 calories
0.5g total fat
2g carbs
1g sugar
11g protein

Despite being turkey, this stuff really isn't all that dry like some other turkey products. I get mine sliced thin and just roll it up and eat it.

I love that stuff. It is soooooo yummy. There is a sun dried tomato turkey that is excellent too.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!

I haven't tried that one...but just might.  Boars Head makes a great buff chicken deli meat that I've had that I love!

I think I have gotten the Boar's Head too. In fact, I think that is the brand at giant that has the Sun Dried Tomato flavor.

I make the hubby Buffalo chicken sandwiches every morning for his lunch and 1 of my kitties sits at my feet and begs til I give her a piece; she loves the spicy foods!
