Chicken Caesar wrap (Didn't eat it last night)
Pasta w/ vodka sauce (my not so WLS meal for the night...)
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Hey Liz.... still 12-20?  I'm thinking you can stop at the hospital on your way home from work tonight ;-)

Anyway:

B:  matrix shake with banana and PB2
S:  Activia yogurt with muesli
L:  Salmon, spinach, and portabello mushrooms in a tortilla (YUM!)
S:  strawberry salad - recipe to be posted after cooking class ;-)
D:  Hamburger with lettuce
S:  Almonds, maybe
