Tuesday Sweatfest
Well, another day, another good hour on the elliptical for me. I slapped on a nice set of annkle weight, and sweated like crazy. I also bumped up the resistence, and managed to burn 900 calories and still get 5 miles in an hour. It was a hard workout.
Unfortunately, my ultra sweat and increased body heat made the blisters on my arm explode like a water balloon, which was kind of gross.
That's my work for the day.I think Mary and I are planning on a littlemall-walking tonight, so that will be some more steps as well.
What's on the agenda for the rest of the group?

Well, I 're'injured myself during the Susan Komen... so, back to square one. I am allowed to run 3 and walk 7 minutes 3 times a week. I went to the gym at 5AM and completed my first non-running workout.

Thanks Norm... back to PT 3Xs a week. It sucks! It's like 3 steps forward and one step back... but I will get there again - my PT calls me stubborn... I call it determination.
