Stall Question
So I've been doing GREAT only had a mini stall this whole time. In December when i was about 4months out a few weeks. (just before my 200 mark) So i'm now about 9months out and although its only been two weeks since a move... I'm thinking it may be about time for my body to 'rest'. So my question is...
First year of surgery.. how many stalls did people go though? (yes I know we have differences but... some of us are close to each other also). And how long was your longest stall?
thanks for the feedback and info.

I don't remember how many I had...but there were definately a few. I also don't know exactly how long my longest one was....but it was at least a month. Interesting that I don't remember those details now, because I'm SURE they were a big deal when they happened. Goes to show you how this journey evolves over time!
You know the drill...change up your food, your exercise, etc. Change everything you possibly can. And also keep in mind Dennis' famous words of advice "Your body CANNOT win this battle - YOU will. It might take time, but at some point, your body will concede to your outstanding work"
It'll be interesting to see the responses!

Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses. ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/thumbsup2.gif)

I wish I had an answer for ya. I know I had stalls, but I don't remember when or for how long. At this point out in my journey, those memories tend to fade.
So if it's any help, as much as it may seem big now, down the road, you will barely remember it.
I don't know if this is Nan's formula, but she once told me to switch up foods. I would eat dinner at breakfast, breakfast at dinner. Change my amount of calories EACH day. I remember her telling me to "confuse" my body a little because it was used to the rut I was in.

When life hands you lemons, ask for tequila & salt and give me a call!
