sticking to the basics - tues - come on posters!

I just can't get my butt on line early!!!

So, here is what I had - it was planned, I swear!

M1 - Protein shake - ban/straw/van protein
M2 - Yogurt w/ fresh fruit
M3 - Mini tuna salad sand on mini kim kins (again, thank you Liz!)
M4 - turkey burger slider (took a dry run before cooking class on saturday)
M5 - Chicken lettuce wraps
M6 - 1/2 cup calorie countdown - chocolate - not in love with this stuff..

So working out early in the am is working for you?
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
