D: either steak or pork chops and string beans

S:  protein shake
L:  salad with turkey and cheese, 4 oz lite yogurt
S:  1/3 protein bar or cottage cheese
D:  fish and veggies
S:  cantaloupe

This is my plan for today:

B: 2 lowfat cheese sticks
S: small protien bar
L: Out to lunch for a meeting - probably broccoli & cheese omelette, no potatoes or a salad w/chicken
S: Greek yogurt
D: Turkey Burger and veggie (prob broccoli again)
S:  pudding or banana or 1/2 c sf ice cream (depends on my mood!)

Packed for work tonight:

Banana w/ PB
String cheese with a few crackers
Chicken Caesar Wrap on this whole grain wrap thing...it alone has 9gm of protein
Greek Yogurt w/ berries
SF jell-o chocolate pudding snack cup and a single serving of mixed nuts
Turkey chilli (might not eat this at work...but at home for "dinner" before I go to bed)
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
