L: whatever Mom feeds me :)
S: cheese stick or something at Mom's
D: something with chicken breast tenders

Trying to keep it soft and simple, I swallowed my temporary crown.  Have a dentist appointment tomorrow nite.

I power cooked on Sunday so that I'm more accountable this week.  My weight loss has been NON in the last 3 months and I just know it's due to not being prepared.....
So....here's to another 20 lbs.....

Coffee

LD double scoop shake

Fage with Strawberries

4 - 5 ounces of Chicken Marsala with a small veggie side

Stuffed Turkey Burger with grilled tomato

air popped popcorn...

My day started out pretty good, but didn't end well.

B:  protein shake
L: wawa chef salad with ff dressing
S:  4 oz lite yogurt
s:  1/3 supreme protein bar
D:  beef, mac and cheese....not such a good choice
S:  pretzels...so much for cutting out the carbs. 

decaf with skim

Tomorrow is another day.
