***Sunday Sunday Sunday Roll Call***

Well now....been at work since 7.  And must say from 8p-11:30p we were hopping but good!  One of MY patients I actually needed to transfer to...you guessed it...LVH CC where I work...called my nurses and gave report and everything...they of course made fun of me.  And, I of course, made fun of them.

Finishing up here, assuming I don't freeze into a statue...it's freaking cold in here, AND I have layers on....stopping at Giant (did I say I was gonna do that yesterday?  I was in debate...ended up at Wawa yesterday....so definately need to hit giant today)

After Giant just the "normal" stuff....shower, talk w/ hubby, bed time.  Back at work tonight...this time at CC.  And REALLY hoping for a furlough for the last half of the shift (it'll NEVER happen PS)  I have off on Monday...and being able to get home at 4am instead of 8am on Monday morning would be just glorious and allow me to sleep for a good few hours before waking up and enjoying Monday at home.

Enjoy!

Good Morning Pam,
I think it is a rule that emergency rooms must be freezing.  Aria Bucks County is always that way.

I walked Utley and am going to take a shower and head to a meeting near New Hope.  After that it is church, where I am the greeter.  Y'all come out to Langhorne Terrace Ministries on Maple Ave in Langhorne.  Right at the intersection of U.S. 1 and 213.  Behind Dunkin Donuts.  How is that for a landmark.

After church, I must get some paperwork done and then get back to my sewing projects.  I have valences to make for my bedroom, and then curtains for the windows in my door, which are tiny, but I want total privacy.  This evening, I will probably go to a prayer meeting at my church.

Have a blessed day.

Hugs,
Trish

Perhaps I'm delirious from this night shift stuff...perhaps I'm just crazy...but must say the use of "y'all" made me chuckle!  Enjoy your time at the service and getting your sewing done...the past few outfits I've seen on FB have turned out great IMHO

Yes, it is where Wee Care is.  The director there had WLS at Barix last year.  She is a friend of mine.  They love their kids there, and are very good at what they do there.  I am proud to know that Sheri, the director, has a heart for the kiddies.

Good morning Pam, Trish and everyone else who ventures out here this morning.  all is status quo in my life as of this morning.  up early - had ahrd time staying asleep - was actually SWEATING under my comforter - what is up with that?  Must have been knowing that so many of you were posting such wonderful thinngs about my WOW.  Thanks for that BTW! :)

I am about to get the lunches started - or at the least see what we don't have for lunches - and head over to wawa to get some lunch meat.  Get the the girls up and get their costumes ready and head out to Sesame Place.  So looking forward to it.  Larry is coming with us this year and I am looking forward to a nice family day playing at an amusement park, getting on rides, spending far too much money and just enjoying my new life.  I am sure there will be pictures at some point.  Tonight we will be quietly sitting at home, and by quiet I mean yelling at the kids to put everything away before the cleaning girls get here tomorrow so we don't have to yell at them tomorrow night when they seem to have "lost" everything.  Ahhhh....rituals....thay make the world go round! :)

Have a great and relaxing Sunday everyone! :)

Hi everyone! Let's hope for another gorgeous day!

I did a huge trip to Giant yesterday so will be cooking today - I may do a couple of meals ahead for this week (grilled burgers for today, 16 bean soup, chicken enchiladas), lots of fresh veggies.
I'm getting ready for church, then will come home and take a good walk. Beyond that, get ready for Monday, do a crossword puzzle, and finally get around to watching The Blindside.

GM. all!!!

I'm up early, as usual.  The alarm cat is working again.  Not sure why he gave me a break the last 2 days.  Paul wasn't here for those 2 days, so I'm wondering that has something to do with the cat waking me.  Oh well.  Alternative is to lock the cats out of the room, which would be worse.

I'm enjoying some quiet time before my boys get up.  The treadmill will have to wait till later---I need to crank the tv up to hear it over the treadmill, and it would be too loud.  Picked up wireless headphones last night---and will be returning them today.  They don't sit over my ears at all and would fall right off the minute I started walking.  I'll pick up another pair sometime to try.  I also need to do some laundry today.  I'll probably find an old movie to watch later while the boys are golfing.

Have a super day, all!!!

We got TV Ears (at Costco) and they are FABULOUS!  They hang down under your chin instead of going over your head and are much more comfy than the other type of wireless headsets.... and are designed specifically so that you can have the TV on at a normal vol (or even no vol) for others in the room, but one person can have the TV ears on and have it louder).  Has been a marriage-saver for us (Eddie likes to watch TV in our room much later at night than I have to go to sleep).
