**Quick Saturday Roll Call***

Good beautiful Saturday morning. Already had my walk, breakfast and am finishing my laundry. Fun day for me - mani/pedi this morning and hair refurbish this afternoon. After that we're heading up to visit some friends in Yardley and see my b-i-l who is in town til tomorrow. Counting down the days til vacation!!

On a bit of a downer note I got a note from my obgyn with a script for a thyroid check because she says she felt a small nodule on it. Well that will wait til I get back from vacation - my mom and both if my sisters have/had thyroid issues so it doesn't really surprise me but I can't deal with it this close to vacation.

Good luck after vacation with the thyroid.  Nodules are common place and basically nothing is done...the thing is to see if it has nodules cause it's working to hard or whatever because it's not putting out the right amount of hormones.  They may, depending on what they find, send you for an ultrasound of your thyroid as well as blood work to check tsh, t3, t4

I am soooo excited for today - have already been up - showered and out to pick up Molly from a City Year overnight and we are about to get ready for a dear friend's Bat Mitzvah....I bought her her gift when I was in Israel last summer and CAN'T wait to give it to her!  She is the kind of kid who will treasure it BECAUSE it is from Israel...I love this child!  I am so proud to be part of her life! :)

I am also VERY excited becuase I LOVE the dress I have and I just bought new shoes last night - peek-a-boo leopard print VERY high heels.  I may kill myself on the dance floor - but I will look DAMN good doing it! :)   I am starting ot have some fun with this new body of mine! :)

Yes...they WILL figure it out.  Last night my preceptor was by my side for MOST of the night...tonight not so much :)

Off to the nursery in a few minutes to stock up on our annuals - we are getting dirty all day today and I am looking forward to it - thanks to the rain last night, the digging will go easier :)

We fell asleep on the couch last night and wound up spending the night there...  holy neck ache!
