I have been working hard on trying to rid certain sugars from the girls diet... and they both LOVE pancakes... well here is a great recipe that has no sugar in the batter... and some great ideas for fun toppings...

Hmmm...I get the "use the same cup for flour and water" thing...but really...if I use an 8 ounce coffee cup for that one time and a 16ounce mug the next time...that totally throws off the ratio of other ingredients to baking powder which will no doubt have an effect on the "rise" of the pancakes?  Or am I missing something?
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

from his tv show he learned how many of us in the US don't have measuring cups... so if you just have a coffee cup use it for both the milk and flour... something that is close to the size of 1 cup measuring cup... Rachael Ray does the same thing... he just didn't explain it to well hehehe...
