Challenge to you

Almost everyday someone asks me what they can do post weight loss to keep their weight off, and to have a happier life. I find this funny because I am still working on that.  But I digress.
What I do know is this....use this tool. The pen. Write down all that you eat, write down all your feelings, write down your successes and your failures. And at the end of the day always write down what you are grateful for, and write down what you did right.,,give yourself credit for at least 3 things, be it small or large. They add up.

Wow Nicole-

you are really making my mind work which is awesome. I just had my doctors visit and I still would like to lose 20 pounds to get to my own personal goal and doing the things you've mentioned will get me there and keep me on track.

Thanks for your words.
