Good Morning All!! Great job being accountable this week!

B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: strawberries
S: cheddar cheese
L: steak and mushroom alfredo
S: yogurt
S: cheese stick
D: SUSHI!! (yes the cooked stuff - I have been dying for it and haven't gotten it yet!
S: not sure - pudding maybe or strawberries with cool whip

Sticking to the Basics today even though I have an all day meeting and we will be going out for lunch.  Luckily I know where we are going so I already have a plan.

OK, here is my first sticking to the basics entry.

B: 2 packs of sugar free oatmeal
S: Orange
L: Salad with tuna, cheese, and Balsamic Vinegarette
S: Apple
D: Unsure Possibly grilled hamburgers without the bun and a veggie
S: Low sugar fudgesicle.

I ended up in the car all day running the dog all over Gods creation.  I basically ate whatever i could throw in my mouth.

B:  Left over buffalo chicken wrap
L:  cheese burger from McD's that I shared with molly
D:  salad with chicken in the mall while I waited for molly to get done at the groomer.
S:  a taste of sugar free ritas when I got molly a doggie sundae...she had a tough day and needed a treat! :)  The SF ritas was pink lemonaide...good enough for a free sample, but not goodenough to spend money on one for myself.

Now I am hungry...might have some cheese.
