THURSDAY WORKOUTS

Just crashed at my desk after a good hour on the elliptical. I wasn't first to the gym this morning, so I was forced to watch MTV for almost an hour. There are some ****ty ass videos out there today.

There was one featuring a girl who looked like Queen Amidala and Carrot Top had an ugly baby who could sing. And there were blue girls dancing in the background who started exploding at the end of the video.

I wish I were making this up.

Well now... that sounds like quite the um entertainment - I hope you had something good on the I-pod to counteract the bad visual!

I will be headed out at lunch to do my 3/4 mile loop around the street.

Morning, Norm!

You just re-affirmed why I never got into MTV!!  That video sounds awful!!

I finished my workout for the day.  Walked 3.3 miles on the treadmill and biked 1.6 miles.  Also used the weights for a few minutes while walking, and did some crunches.  Love getting the workout out of the way early in the day!!!

Wow, that sounds like a work of art!

It's Thursday, so today is one hour of yoga followed by one hour of Zumba!

Good Morning Norm & PA!
This week has been rough workout wise. I had a funeral to go to on Tuesday so I did no work out on Tuesday but did workout on Monday, Wednesday and today. Tomorrow I have to work early as I leave for my vacation on Saturday morning. I will try to hit the gym early tomorrow as I did this morning. I also did my 45 minutes on the Elliptical followed by 15 minutes cool down on the treadmill. Hope every one has a good week. I will be taking a sabbatical from the boards until next week.

Finally got out and moved my butt after an extended break following vacation.  Did a mile last night and I must say, it felt good to get moving again...
