2 Turkey Sausage links...OMGosh, these were GOOD...who knew!!! with some sauce
and a large tbsp of cauli and broc mixed together.....

Grilled Chicken breast and some BE baked beans.......

If it warms up here today....*sigh*....a Inspire Melon Shake...YUMMO!!!

Hey PA!  Struggling Beth here...

B:  Chobani blueberry greek yogurt with Fiber One cereal
S:  1 oz. swiss cheese chunks
L:  tuna fish with mayo and mustard wrapped in romaine lettuce leaves
S:  2 hard boil egg whites
D:  Mahi Mahi with salsa and guacamole

lots of water & my vitamins
