Good Morning All - MAJORLY prissy pouch today so it is a whatever stays down day.

B: 1/2 piece of dry toast

Then this is what I have for the day but I think a soup run is in the works
fruit salad
cheddar cheese
2 cheese sticks
1 slice of pizza
almonds
protein bar

I have out ground beef for dinner

I won't eat 1/2 of what's listed up there but I wanted options just in case.

I am home with an upper respiratory infection, started off the day with OTC decongestants

Breakfast was a bowl of Mexican Style Chicken Broth with Mexican Crockpot Chicken

The rest of the day will probably be the same

Some days your the dog and some days your the hydrant.

S: protein cookie dough if I get hungry

gotta' focus on lots more liquids today.

I'm hitting the grocery store today after work at some point. You can NOT try to do the gym 5 days a week and NOT have food planned....it just does NOT work.....


LD Choc Shake

Grilled shrimp and brussels

Chicken sausage with sauce

SF choc chip cookie....the dietary director at work ordered these for me....OMGosh, although not home-made they taste soooo good....each come in their own lil bag.....Davids is the brand name..we order them from Sysco....110 calories tho per cookie.....
