D: I really want pizza but I think I'll be good and make something with the ground beef I have out

Ugh its going to be a liquid kinda day.  Not sure why.  Nothing got stuck or disagreed with me in ages.  but thinking ...

m2  More Protein drink
m3  May attempt some solid maybe some fish or sausage
m4  seeing how m3 goes either more protein drink or food similar to m3
m5  wait and see but if its solids.. I'm thinking bbq chicken or Protein drink

Not a very good planned day since I'm not sure what the issue is with my tummy

See I posted yesterday and didn't stick to it anyways. Veered off and made comfort food for dinner! LOL

Let's see how I do today!

B: Cheese omelette

L: sausage with peppers and onions (I will skip the roll)

S: Steak and broccoli

Snacks, not sure. There is some cheese, apples and cantalope here so one of those here and there.

 Hey Liz,

I had low fat cottage cheese and a piece of low fat cheese.
Turkey wrap on a low carb pita with low fat cheese and sauteed onions
2 cups of coffee
8 SF 15 cal ice pops
low fat pudding with ff whipped cream

I hope all is well.

So how about what I HAD today?

B:  Balsalmic Strawberries with ricotta cream (where or where did I get this idea from?  lol)
S:  Turkey and cheese roll ups
L:  Provided by SHH  had 1/2 of a wrap with ham, cheese, lettuce, tomato (I also had literally 2 potato chips)
S:  Nut mixture snack pack
S:  String cheese
Dinner:  Scrambled egg with ham and cheese
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.
