Just an update on us
I know I know... I was supposed to have a baby yesterday! lol I am (not so patiently) waiting to see what happens. I am not feeling so great, lots of cramping and back pain, swollen feet / legs etc. I see the OB tomorrow at 2:30 for my weekly appt - lets all do our dance that he tells me there is some progress and baby is imminent.
Thanks for keeping tabs on me and I will be sure to post when I can about going to the hospital etc. Pam will have the honor of telling you the name / sex / birth stats and a photo (I"ll text one to her).
If anyone wants to get a hold of me my cell is 610-462-1204 feel free to call or text anytime - I keep it on vibrate when I don't want to be disturbed and I'll always respond later.
*hugs*

Liz,
God has all the details in order, and will bless you at just the exact moment it is perfect. My prayers are with you as you endure the swollen feet, and cramping.
Hugs,
Trish

Seek always to do some good, somewhere. Every man has to seek in his own way to realize his true worth. You must give some time to your fellow man. For remember, you don't live in a world all your own. Your brothers are here too.

I know that patience is terribly hard right now, but it WILL happen. I found with both my kids that I went into labor at the point where I was 100% convinced that I was going to be pregnant forever. Hopefully you're at (or near) that point. Haha.
Back cramps can be a good sign (can even be labor, you know!). Let's hope for good news from the OB tomorrow (if you don't end up there today!).
Love you!
Karen

Thanks Karen. MY saving grace was when he told me he won't let me go past 5/28. I can start a count down lol Although this morning driving in I was in tears because I didn't know how much longer I can go on feeling like this. I am a tough girl but I like to be able to "fix" things - I can't fix this. I just have to wait and not plan - 2 things I suck at! lol
Thanks so much
Love you too!!
THanks everyone - I can't wait to share great news with you!

Believe me, i do understand. Can you take any time off from work? That might actually help because you feel you're in the home stretch and can rest and put your feet up like you need to.
OR... one night this week, we could plan to meet after work for dinner for some kind of nice spicy food (spiciness helps)... and having plans is almost guaranteed to bring on labor ;-). Seriously, though - if you do want to meet for dinner (any night OTHER than tonight - I have class) we can!
You will definitely get through this. It's what your body has been designed to do over millenia of evolution. Just trust your body and your instincts.
