same here, Nan...started last monday...don't expect it to go away anytime soon.  Im going on day 8...but I did lose 7 pounds.  I guess it was good for something.

B:  1 turkey canadian bacon round, english muffin
S:  rhubarb cake...no, not wls friendly...but it had fruit in it :D
L:  grilled veggies and pork
S:  grapes
S:  1/4 protein bar
D:  going out...maybe chicken and veggies.

 Hi all,

2 cups of coffee
bag of steamed sugar snap peas
egg beaters with low fat cheese and ham steak
8 sf 15 calorie ice pops
piece of cheese
sugar free pudding with protein powder and ff whipped cream

Salad with some turkey and kidney beans....lol

No salad dressing
