Sticking to the basics - Monday - Where has everyone been??????????
Hi Liz! I am back home after a full week away (work and visiting family). A challenging week but I still managed to lose 1.5 lbs to hit a total of 95 lbs. lost.
Here's my lineup for today:
B: Protein shake
S: Steamed shrimp left over from last night
L: Sliced turkey with lettuce
S: Fruit and a cheese stick
D: Still planning...maybe some chili on this cool day

I ran away from accountability since I am not working full time and don't plan meals ahead like I used to. But here's the "plan" for today.
Cheese Omelette
Spicy Chicken soft tace on whole wheat tortilla
Delmonico Steak
Snacks will probably be cheese & lunch meat rolls up.

I'm here...why are you here Liz??? Go have that baby!! Go for a bumpy car ride, stand nekkid in the moonlight, eat chocolate chip cookies &/or speghetti made by a friend. These are some of the things that I was told to do to bring on labor. Although, they didn't work, it makes for some interesting conversation and a meal with dessert cooked by someone else. The one sure thing that works...gotta' do the deed that got you here in the first place. Brought on 2 out of 4 of my girls. L: ff refried beans, cheese and greek yogurt/salsa
S: oh yeah mint protein bar
D: shrimp ****tail w/ some veggie
S: cottage cheese fruit salad (now I have to go make it)

I know now what caused the weight loss, I have developed a head cold and sore throat during the weekend. So it was going to hit.
