sticking to the basics - FRIDAY!!!
morning Liz.. not sure about food today. I am going to bring a few things with me in case there is nothing I can eat
B: eggs w/ soy crisps
S: Sheetz latte--hopefully this one won't be spiked
L: not sure what they are serving at the meal of condolence.. if there is nothing there I can eat, I have protein bar packed in a cooler just in case
S: probably nothing; have a protein shake packed, too
D: whatever Sarah/David are cooking.. they always have good healthy protein for me cause they love me!
I have a lot of water, 2 ready made shakes and 2 protein bars packed just in case. I'll be out of the house, so I should be fine.

I get to say FRIDAY too, cause I have tomorrow night off! Of course, it's only ONE night...but hey, I'll take it.
Tonight is a "creative eating plan" as I call it. Yup - out in triage where the snack demons attack. So I eat more frequently, but smaller meals, and try to keep the calories decent.
Banana w/ PB
Wrap w/ ham, chicken, and cheese (cut in half, for two servings)
Fruit Cup with watermelon, apple, pineapple, strawberries (enough for 2 servings)
2 ounces dark cocoa almonds
String Cheese
Greek yogurt w/ berries
I may not eat all of it - it depends on the night. But at least I have it just in case :)

S: 4 oz dannon lite and fit, handful of grapes
lots of regular coffee...with skim....didn't help me wake up any
D: homemade chicken, tofu, veggies in coconut curry sauce
S: weigh****chers frozen strawberry yogurt pop
