LGH Frozen Dinners

So I did not get a chance to chat with someone last night but this is what it looked like to me

Looks like they have four varieties (beef, chicken, turkey and I cannot remember the last one).  Each is in a compartment type container with a couple small sides.  absolutely portioned to us.  They are 4.00 each and it appears you just go to the freezer, pick your meals and then go pay for them.

They did look delicious and more gourmet than say a normal forzen meal.

Sorry i don't have more data.

The last one was a stw-- I want to say lamb, but not sure.  I know it was something I don't eat. I did notice that at least two- the chicken and beef I think had either pasta or rice as one of the sides which surprised me a bit.  The chicken had "confetti rice" as a side and I think the beef had a pasta side.

Is this somethign they serve in their cafeteria?  or something you buy online or whatever for home use?
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I dont think they are online.  they say they are freshly made and you can get them from the Lancaster General Hospital Bariatric office.  But I think you have to go there and get them.
