As the end of the week fast approaches, I'm feeling better about my workouts this week.

I had a great hour on the elliptical and sweated through two layers of clothes.

I'm feeling pretty good today, and hope everybody else is too!

Cheers.

I'll be headed out at lunch again to do my 3/4 of a mile. I know it's not a lot but well I don't have a lot in me these days. I figure doing something is better then nothing!

Did I mention that I did this carrying a 20 pound weight... lol I feel like such a slacker compared to all the awesome workouts you guys do!

Good Morning Norm!
I totally get that working out feel great afterwards. While doing it sometimes it feels like hell. lol. Anyway I did my hour of INTENSE on the elliptical and my T-shirt was also soaked when I got off. BUT it felt good!

Have a good day!

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Got on my bike last night and got another mile in within the same amt of time I put in the night before, with more tension, so I am making progress and will be back up to speed soon.

Tonight another long walk, then on my exer bike - hoping to get 7+ miles in tonight

Today will be power yoga followed by one hour of Zumba. Usually I feel pretty tired when I leave work on Thursdays, and I love how that workout energizes me.

I just finished my workout.  Treadmill, using hand weights for part of the time, bike, and crunches.  I agree---I feel good after exercising.

walked around a large block near the office on my lunch.  A lot of people do this path and I think it's a mile.  It took about the same amount of time it did for me to do a mile yesterday, so that's probably about right.

Feelin good, Norm!

Gym this morning included treadmill with the incline set on 3 (out of 5) and the pace at a fast walk (felt like I was climbing a reaaaaly long hill really fast - the buttocks and thighs were burning!).  Followed that up with weights (abs, back, legs, hips), crunches and twists, pushups, plank, and then stretching.  All accompanied by my newest workout playlist, which made the whole workout feel "new."

Muscles are STILL tingly, which is a good sign, I think!
