B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: cheddar cheese
S: steak pieces
L: salad with steak bits
S: yogurt
S: cheese stick
D: picking up something easy when I grocery shop
S: chocolate chip oatmeal cookie

Morning!  Here's what I"m packing for work tonight....no rhyme or reason to when I'm eating what

Ricotta cheese w/ splenda and cinnamon
Greek yogurt with berries
Buffalo chicken dip w/ carrots
Tomato Soup
Chicken Salad made w/ low fat ranch and veggies

And I'm may throw in some left over eggplant rollatini
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

I am doing a liquid diet right now to get back on track:

I will be having 5 protein drinks and a sf jello cup.........I CAN DO THIS!!!

Doctors tomorrow to talk about my emotional eating and depression!!

Howdy... look who can get on from the office!! But, I won't risk getting in trouble by staying on too long.

The liquid thing is just not working out for me right now, so I must not be ready.. but today should be a good food day since I am out of the house.

B: meusli made w/skim milk
S: was going to be sheetz latte, but I think someone spiked it with sugar.. didn't taste quite right and there was a gurgly in my belly, so I dumped it.. now I'm drinking coffee from downstairs

Packed for the rest of the day at some point:
chili
cheese stick
yogurt


dinner will most likely be sashimi from Wegman's
snack tonight will be protein ice cream

I have plenty of water packed, too..

That park is gorgeous and it was soooo nice out.  No, she didn't go with me.  I went in between the time I was done working and the time to pick her up from choir.  I need to start going after I get her and just making her do it. I just don't want to force her to do something she doesn't want to do.
