******Thursday Roll Call********
Happy Thursday All,
I am so happy it is almost Friday!! :-)
Wow, yesterday was exhausting. I switched it up and went to the gym at 6am yesterday and did 4.25 miles on the treadmill and a 100 sit ups. I felt great and had all this energy yesterday morning.
I had a very busy day yesterday and by the time early afternoon came, I thought I was going to die, I was exhausted....lol I don't think I will be hitting the gym at 6 am on a workday again anytime soon....lol
Today is another busy day filled with meetings again. I guess I can't complain because it does make the day go by pretty quick. I am just happy that Friday is almost here.
I am looking forward to Saturday, taking a very good friend out for lunch that I haven't seen in over a couple of years. She is truly one of the nicest people that I know.

Hey geoff I guess you learned that early morning workouts arent for you? LOL
I am working today then getting my hair done, way overdue. That is about it. I pretty much just want to sleep today. On a different note, I saw that Dr Braders program is selling frozen meals now. I called yesterday to get information and the receptionist I talked to was a real gem. I dont know much more now then I did before. Some people should not be in the role of receptionist

Good Morning Geoff, Nicole and future posters!
I am up quite early today. Johnny called me at 5:30 am. He said he just had the urge to tell me he loved me & to have a good day. He said he didn't want to wait, he had to tell me then. I kinda get freaked out when he does stuff like that because it usually means he had a terrible dream. But, it's ALWAYS wonderful to hear those things and I should just take it. LOL
Today is my last English class. I have a presentaion to do, then turn in my final exam which was 2 essays.
Then home to relax! Maybe run to the store, we will see.

I sometimes wish I COULD get to the gym in the morning before work, but then I think about that afternoon crash and wonder if I could do it. At least you got there. Siehara had her med check last night and he doubled her dose of Celexa to what is the standard dose. She had been on a test dose and while I think she was doing okay, I know there could be improvement. So, we'll see how that goes. He wrote for enough to get us through until right before she leaves for camp!!
Today has me up and getting dressed for a change.. I have showered, dried my hair and have 1/2 of my "real" clothes on already. I am going INTO the office today. I was supposed to be going in at least once every week or two and I haven't been in since who knows when. There were two days I was supposed to go in and both of those days were snowed out. SO, here I go.
I have my food and water all packed up and plan to have a phenomenal food day! So glad I didn't go in yesterday. They were celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a United Nations food day. I saw the menu and while it all looked great, it wasn't too pretty if you know what I mean.
After work, I need to stop at Siehara's pediatrician's office to drop off the medical form for camp. Then, to find something to do until 5:45 when I have to pick her up from dance. I don't think I will run home since dance is on the same side of town as the office. I'll probably just go to Wegman's and pick up a few non-perishables and get a cup of coffee. I'll also grab something for us to eat for dinner... pizza for Siehara, sashimi for me!
After I pick Siehara up from dance, we will head back to her school for the Arts Festival. She told me that they picked HER poster to represent the school, so I will be sure to take a picture of it when we are going in and I'll share with you later. I'm so proud!!!
From the Arts Festival, we will head into Bethlehem to go to my friend's viewing. It is going to be tough. I don't know how bad his injuries were, so I don't know if it will be open casket or not. Regardless, it's going to be a hard night. From there, we will head home to bed.
Tomorrow is the funeral and I took the whole day off for that.
Okay, I'm already tired thinking about everything going on today. I'll be stopping for coffee on my way into work.. SHEEEETTTZZZZZZZ YUMMY!

Talk about chanelling your inner Steffi - sounds like one of my kind of days....I wish you the best tonight and tomorrow - I am sure it will be difficult and I hope you can find some strength for you and for Mario's family. I will be thinking of you - and with any luck - will be around to entertain you as well, however, the OTHER person will NOT be working tonight so he may NOT be interested in talking with us....Hey - did you realize he only plays with us when he is at work?!?! hhhmmmmmmm......
