Wednesday Workouts!
We checked out the "ironton rail trail" which has a 5.5mile paved loop. I wanted to see how it would be for rollerblading - and it's AWESOME.
And yes, we did the whole 5.5 miles :) I felt GREAT except for a blister I had because apparantly the sandals I had on, although GREAT for walking in general, rub on the top part of my foot. If you ask Brian, however...we walked 50 miles not 5, lol
