Wednesday Workouts!
Good Morning Norm!
I did my hour on the Elliptical and I am leaving on vacation in 2 weeks and seeing family which I have not seen in about 5 years. Here is to hoping that I look nice and svelte with all the extra efforts I having putting in. I know I am up since my lowest but I am hoping that I look nice and fit. In the meanwhile I will keep pushing myself for the next week or so.

My quads are STILL burning from Monday's workout with the trainer.
I am planning on doing some cardio after work. I was going to go to the gym and get on a bike, but I think since it is so nice out, I am going to head over to the park near my daughter's school and walk/jog there. I don't really have time to do any kind of strength training before I have to pick her up, but depending on how long we are at her med check, I will try to get back to the gym later. We'll have to see.

I have been miserably sick since Monday night....got up at least 20 times to pee last night...that has to count as exercise right?...cause the scale was down 6 pounds this morning....Of course, it probably just means I was dehydrated. Cancelled all my karate classes and training sessions for this week.
