I went and got mine yesterday.  The best part was that I decided that I will make this surgery work for me and I WILL BE succesful.  So I opted for the 18/20 vs. the 24 or 26 that I normally would have gotten.

Not sure about all the stores but Shannon just went to get hers and they only offered black or white. She said they are a really nice material, t-shirt like. I think that she probably went to the one in the King of Prussia Mall
