laproscopic inscisions infected???!!!

A week ago I went back to my surgeon for my post op check up..
three of my incisions had a small stitch sticking out ,..so his resident clipped and pulled them out.
The next day, one of them was a bit sore. today all of then are sore and tender and red.
When I was getting my shower tonight,.. I noticed that there was a small bubble on the corner of one scar, so I pressed around it and some blood and pus oozed out..(yuck) again to another and it was just beige pus...

HAVE ANY OF YOU EVER HAD THIS HAPPEN? Can I wait to see my family Dr. tomorrow?

have not had this happen but definately sounds like they are infected. Get to the doctor soon

Definitely get to a doctor ASAP - they do sound infected and with the staph infections going around hospitals now you really don't want that to occur. Do NOT press on the areas because if you do have a staph infection it could push the infection back into your system. You may just need a mild antibiotic to clear it up - could just be a regular little infection, but don't take chances - see your doctor today.

Had this with one of my incisions. Got an antibiotic and was fine. It's simple to fix, but call doc right away so it goes away! Good luck, keep us posted.
