B: english muffin with cream cheese
S: strawberries
S: banana or cheese stick
L: salad with cheese and chicken
S: yogurt
S: cheese stick
D: not sure - maybe cheese burgers
S: sugar free chocolate chip oatmeal cookie

Not the best laid plan but it's what I've got...

m5  the salmon I didn't make yesterday.  ;-)

M1 – Protein shake M2 – ½ cup Hi-Low Vanilla Almond Low carb cereal w/ FF milk M3 – a modified chicken wing dip (based on pam’s post yesterday) M4 – grilled tofu (leftover from dinner) M5 – 1% Fage Yogurt w/ fresh berries M6 – no idea yet
