Rainy Mondays are ok with me as long as I am at work ! Safe travels to those that are out and about today.

Today I'm at wor****il 3:30 and then I'm off to the hair salon for a 4:30 appt for color. After that, I'll head home and rustle up some dinner for Brad.

Good Morning All!

We are dog sitting this week so my morning routine was thrown off a bit - I planned on getting him out for a quick walk but well he didn't want to get up (OK by me it was pouring!)! lol SO I was a bit early to work, then it was my "first monday" of the month safety comittee meeting and now getting back into the groove. I am at wor****il 4 then stopping at Target to get a few things for the pup and things that we just need. Then home to take Buddy for a walk (if it isn't raining), make dinner and relax.

Thoughts and prayers would be appreciated for my Uncle Bob today, he is having a heart ablation down in Jo's neck of the woods at York Hospital. This is the 2nd go round at it, hope that this one is more successful then the last. My Mom is with him so I also hope that baby holds out! lol He is convinced the baby will be here tomorrow to "steal his thunder" :)

Thinking of him. He IS in my neck of the woods and at the Health care network I work for. I am sure he is in wonderful hands.

Thanks Jo. We don't know much about the Dr other then he came highly recommended. Wish I could have come down to be with him - we could have finally met!!

I am thinking Mother Nature is feeling down as all these sad things are going on in our lives.  I am so saddened to hear about all the untimely illnesses and deaths over the last few days.  I wish you all strength to move forward with tears and heavy hearts and then come out the other side a stronger person.

I am at work this morning ready to go into my grade group meeting, teaching until 3:15, yes...actually teaching....it is such a STRANGE phenomenon! then tutoring this afternoon.  Not sure about tonight, really need to go to the market - bus also need to get back to the pool.  Dance was over a month ago and I haven't gotten back into any formal exercise routine.  So the pool MAY be on my list later today.

I do have a little WOW that happened yesterday - I took the girls to their dance banquet and as I was dancing with them, I was NOT winded and was able to keep dancing.  I don't know the last time that happened - if ever!  It was fun!

I hope the rain doesn't keep you from enjoying your Monday......

Good morning Trish and PA,

Today, I must practice my piano lesson....I haven't practiced in three days now.  Enjoyed the Barix meeting on Saturday....it's so nice to meet and see friends....I love the support.  Yesterday, I took curtains down and washed them, did the windows and kitchen cabinets and then the kitchen floor.  It was really nice being able to open the windows/door and get some much-needed house cleaning done.

Well, I better get back to work.
