Monday Exercise

I certainly got my exercise in this weekend...mowed the lawn and weed wacked Friday and moved a truck load of mulch into my gardens on Saturday.  Tonight is karate...if I can stay awake long enough to get there...didn't sleep a wink last night!

What is everyone else doing??

Exhausted just reading about all the yard work you did, HG!! 

I did an hour on the treadmill this morning, followed by a few minutes (very few!) on the bike, and crunches.

I want to get over to the new Lancaster Cross Fit and see what they have going on. I hear there is a womens group tonight at 730. If not for sure just regular gym stuff

howdy HG.. sounds like you got a lot of exercise this weekend.

Yesterday I did the 4 mile March for Babies walk.  I got an added upper body workout during the last bit of the walk when I took over the stroller pushing for Eric.

Today I will be headed to the gym to meet up with the trainer.  I plan to do 30 mins of cardio and he will do lower body work with me

This was a great weekend for getting outside. Saturday, I'll admit, I stayed in and rested and tried my best to get rid of this never-ending sinus infection, but yesterday I got out and went for a 4 mile walk along the Delaware River, after I got done with Zumba, of course.

Today's exercise will be a 90 minute Zumba class. Looking forward to that!

I WILL RIDE MY EXERCISE BIKE TONIGHT - I will NOT other things get in the way of that - I AM committing myself to riding every night this week even if it's only 1/2 hour to start.

Good Afternoon HG!
I did my hour on the Elliptical but I have been a little sore as I dug out of vegetable garden and planted 8 beefsteak tomato plants. 6 egg plants, 14 pepper plants, zucchini and okra plants. I am not going to the produce store in the summer time. I love growing my own vegetables. I also planted pansies and inpatients. Oh my sore muscles...
