Monday Exercise
howdy HG.. sounds like you got a lot of exercise this weekend.
Yesterday I did the 4 mile March for Babies walk. I got an added upper body workout during the last bit of the walk when I took over the stroller pushing for Eric.
Today I will be headed to the gym to meet up with the trainer. I plan to do 30 mins of cardio and he will do lower body work with me

This was a great weekend for getting outside. Saturday, I'll admit, I stayed in and rested and tried my best to get rid of this never-ending sinus infection, but yesterday I got out and went for a 4 mile walk along the Delaware River, after I got done with Zumba, of course. ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/wink_smile.gif)
Today's exercise will be a 90 minute Zumba class. Looking forward to that!

I did my hour on the Elliptical but I have been a little sore as I dug out of vegetable garden and planted 8 beefsteak tomato plants. 6 egg plants, 14 pepper plants, zucchini and okra plants. I am not going to the produce store in the summer time. I love growing my own vegetables. I also planted pansies and inpatients. Oh my sore muscles...
