Recipe: Spicy Mayo (low fat)
Ok - I'll fess up. I LOOOOVE spicy mayo on my sushi and sashimi, on salmon burgers, chicken.... Even use it as a salad dressing on occasion. But it's high in fat. SO... after experimentation and research, I've concocted a low-fat (almost NO fat) version that tastes exactly like the original.
Here it is. I think the key is using the right chili sauce (Sriracha brand - got it at the grocery store in the asian aisle).
Takes literally 2 minutes to make and YUM!
