Good morning everyone - I am certainly going to be VERY sad tomorrow when I have to get up at 7 AM for a teachers meeting at the synagogue.  Two nights in a row up after midnight.....And it is NOT even summer yet....oy!

Had a great night at the synagogue helping to raise funds!  I got a million compliments and a lot of double takes.....and these are from people who have seen me relatively regularly.  I think I may wear this dress EVERY day! :)  This was after a wonderful support group meeting this afternoon and being with some of my favorite people!  It was a great day to start of a new year!

Once I wake up I will be headed to the synagogue for the aforementioned teachers meeting followed by teaching my lovely thrid graders- it is quite possible that I will have to wing a lesson because I am NOT sure I planned anything.  I will have to check my laptop...oops!  After Hebrew School, I need to come homr for a few minutes then I am taking my girls to a dance banquet.  Should be a good time.

I hope you all have a GREAT Sunday and are ouside enjoying some of the best Mother Nature has to offer!

 Good morning Steffi,

Happy Sunday.  It is a beautiful weekend out there.  I had a relaxing Saturday (well after I came back from the gym that is.....lol)

I am planning on getting to the gym at 8 am again this morning and getting in a good workout.

Then I have to do some work to prepare for the work week tomorrow and then will try and find some time to just relax and get outside a little.

My Mom is heading back to Philly for the Summer and should be home today.  I will head down next weekend for Mother's day.  Still trying to pick out a restaurant.

I hope everyone has a great Sunday.

GM my dear and pa!  It was sooooo great seeing you!  Of course, I can't look at you without seeing the video of you that maura posted and just giggle a little to myself :)

So, Sunday sunday sunday.  I'm here in not so beautiful south river NJ at the in laws while they are away.  Sigh.  The place is soooo disorganized, cluttered, etc it's just ridiculous.

I'll probably end up falling back asleep in a little while....then when Bri and I wake up gotta figure out something to do outside in the area.  I refuse to stay cooped up in this place all day.

Hopefully we'll do lunch at the cheesecake factory with our gift card today.  Yay!

Then sometime in the evening I'll head back home, leaving Brian here until tomorrow sometime.  Poor guy.

On the way home need to pick up some cat food.  Apparantly I used the last cans and dry food before I left and I don't think I'll get a nice happy greeting from them if I walk in empty handed.  And a pissed off pair of kitties = a terrible night, lol

Enjoyj!!

Good morning Steffi and Pa.. um, are there pics somewhere of this gorgeous dress Steffi?

Took Siehara to see Alice in Wonderland last night..I know I know.. it's been out forever.  It was a great movie!!

Right now, I am gearing up for the Walk for Babies.  I'm eating some Meusli with a bit of protein powder mixed in so I can get some carbs and protein.  We are going to leave here around 7:30 so we can be at Dorney Park for the start of the walk by 8:00 for registration.  I finally get to meet Eric and Erin's little miracles!!  I can't wait.  Hopefully the crazy heat wave and rain won't start until we are done.

After the walk, I really have nothing planned.  I guess it will depend on the weather.

Hope everyone has a nice, relaxing Sunday.

Steffi, Just FYI, I did a double take your direction yesterday...you were walking away from where I was sitting and I just thought, "Wow, she has REALLY trimmed down some more!" Now granted, I don't see you often, but it shows!

Today for me is a hugely busy one. Church, which has some meetings afterward. Lunch will be squeezed in somewhere. Then I am packing for a full week away. 4 days for work in DC then flying straight out of BWI  to Michigan for Mother's Day weekend with my mom next weekend.

So...I'm driving to the DC area tonight to avoid the ridiculous early morning traffic, and won't be home till next Sunday. The thought of seeing my kids next weekend is great, but I realize that I have become a real home body and I don't really want to be gone that long.

Thanks Lynn - I have students who said to me on Friday - "Mrs. Belitsky - I didn't reailze it was you from behind."  I guess it is true - our bodies keep changing even when the scale stays the same.  Works for me! :)

Good morning, PA!

I'm up early and have the first load of laundry in.  Seems like I have a mountain of laundry today.  My friend gave me some clothes yesterday, and we have Anson with us this weekend, so there's lots of extra stuff to wash.

I hung out with my friend during her yard sale yesterday, which was fun.  I had wanted to get to Barix, but I haven't been feeling 100% and just didn't have the energey to make the drive.  Came home and took a nap instead.

Have a great day, everyone!!

Good Morning Steffi & PA,

I'm up and getting ready for church this morning.  Gene is co-pastoring again today.  I personally think I suck in the role of the pastor's wife but everyone compliments me - go figure.

I am soooooooooooooooo ready for this weekend to be over.  Two funerals back to back have taken their toll on me emotionally.

After church we have again scheduled the congration meeting to discuss the future plans for the church if it is going to survive, how will it survive, can it survive, do we need to sell the building and start over in a new location, etc....

I just realized I am graduating next Saturday.  I still have to get a pair of flat shoes for graduation and figure out what I am wearing so I can get flat shoes to go with the outfit.  We recieved notification from the university that we all have to wear flat shoes including our guests because any type of heels will ruin the athletic field.  So me being so short the only shoes I have that are flat are my walking and running sneakers.  Can't wear them - well I could but they look out of place with suits and dressy clothing.

Saturday we stopped at a thrift store in Bryn Mawr got some really cute designer clothes in size 8P.  Only picked up a couple pairs of pants two suits and  a shirt.  Can't get too much with the way I'm shrinking out of clothes.  I have a huge pile of clothes sitting on my hope chest in the bedroom that I have to bag up and take to the clothing drop off around the corner from me.

Hope everyone has a great day - celebrate this beautiful weather by being outside.

Good Morning All

I was up at least 5 times during the night because of the darn humidity - did I wake up in June?! I am going to get up in a few minutes and clean the kitchen so it's done for the day. I also have laundry to do. OH yea and my Uncle is having heart surgery in York tomorrow so we are dog sitting until he is back on his feet. I figure with all the combining of events this baby should be here anytime now lol. My Uncle has been in the hospital probably 5 times in the last year and a half and evrytime someone has "stolen his thunder/visitors" he is convinced this time it'll be me. Ha!

At least having Buddy will give me a reason to get out and walk, even if it is just for a little bit.

Have a great sunday all

Liz

PS - welcome back Eric and Erin - hope that you guys raise tons of money for a great cause at the March of Dimes walk today!

Good morning all. We came home late last night from MD, We were spending time with my friend Kara and her husband at their vacation home. It was gorgeous, we got to go see Falling Water and Deep Creek. It was a good day, even though I got such bad news.
Today I am reflecting and fighting against those bad voices in my head, that want me to believe that I am at fault for Stephen and his misery. Gonna be working OT to get them gone. Have chores to do today, found that critter has decided that my red carpet is just too much like his litter box that he decided to use it. I want to kill him. Going to be cleaning carpets and trying to figure out why he is being a brat.
Getting ready for the week. and trying to stay cool
