TGIF Workout!
Hi Shilpa,
I did a nice aggressive treadmill workout this morning - variable but high inclines and a good pace. Followed it up with 2 sets of martial arts kicks and punches, crunches, and the ab crunch weight machine. The legs are still "tingly" from it, so I'll definitely feel this one tomorrow!
