TGIF Workout!

Okay I did not see this thread so I am posting it. SURPRISE!! I did my hour on the elliptical and have a lunch date with some good friend so will try to walk in the evening with my kids if possible. What is everyone else doing today?

People comment on my over 100 pound weight loss and attribute it to my WILLpower, but it is my WANTpower: I WANT to be thin and healthy more than anything else!

Hi Shilpa,

I did a nice aggressive treadmill workout this morning - variable but high inclines and a good pace.  Followed it up with 2 sets of martial arts kicks and punches, crunches, and the ab crunch weight machine.  The legs are still "tingly" from it, so I'll definitely feel this one tomorrow!

I did my hour on the treadmill this morning, then did some crunches.

I did my Friday "Zumba lunch" -- I snuck out for an early lunch, which just happened to include a Zumba class!
