Tuesday Workouts?

I felt like I was never going to get to that mile.  I was on level 1 on the machine!! LOL  I was going to stop at 10 minutes, but then I saw how close I was to the mile and was determined to get the mile in.

It's Tuesday so it's a Zumba day. Possibly a double Zumba day if I have the energy.

Depending on how my night works out, I might get on the treadmill.  Did a double work out yesterday.

I did my PT walk/run for 50 minutes - about 4 miles and then I walked another mile with my friend when she was done her 4 miles.  Feeling better... at least good enough to move it!

You can't measure your achievements with someone else's yardstick!

I walked on the beach today for close to 2 hours today.  Yep, metal detecting.  I'm realizing that I'm getting a great upper body workout from it as well since I can feel it in my arms now.  Just wish I'd find some treasures....

i forgot socks at the gym and went commando    yuk.
