Very simple tasty mexican tasting recipe
Combine the following:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup salsa (whatever heat you like)
1 minced garlic clove
1 packet of Taco Seasoning
In a crockpot or ovenproof pot with a lid, place 20 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breast.
Pour sauce mixture over chicken & cook on low for 6 hours or in oven at 200 degrees for 6 hours.
Remove chicken and shred or dice and put over a salad or wrap in lettuce leaves.
Makes 6 servings 4.4 oz. ea*****luding the sauce.
Good flavor and oooh what a great aroma.
