fast easy protein ice cream

Take 1 EAS advabtage carb control protein in the cardboard container avail @ walmart 4/4.99 or any supermarket, I guess u can use any protein in the cardboard container, it doesnt work well with protein that you mix,

take the conatiner and just freeze 5-6 hrs is good it is firm but not hard then cut off the contaoner and eat with a spoon actually it reminds me of chocolate water ice. if u leave it in over night & it gets rock hard cut it out of the cardboard container and place in microwave for 45 seconds, tastes really good
